The Self-Service Rules Reference provides an overview of the features available for creating self-service rules within the Rule Management Tool. The table includes a Level column indicating the scope at which reports are generated.

The Rule Component Reference provides a collection of rule components that can be combined and customized to create effective fraud detection rules. These examples serve as a reference, helping you develop rules tailored to your specific business needs and fraud challenges.

It is important to distinguish between self-service and custom rules. Self-service rules can be set up using our Rule Management Tool, as they only use features and operations that are available in the tool. For more complex rules or for rules with features that are not available yet, custom rules can be developed in consultation with Fraudio’s team and implemented either in real-time or batch processing. Examples of such rules are displayed as ‘Fraudio-Managed’ rules.
